This year has been a very upsetting year for the Golden Eagles. So far they have had only 2 wins and 8 losses. Believe it or not, they are having a better season this year than they did last year. Clarion University didn't have any wins in their 2007 football season!
The Eagles have only averaged 18.9 points per game with a total of 189 points in 10 games. They have had 12 rushing touchdowns and 11 passing touchdowns this season. Gino Rometo and Jaques Robinson are 2 of their outstanding players and they each had 6 touchdowns this year.
Despite their last loss to Edinboro (10-35), they still have one last change to redeem theirselves. Go watch the Clarion Golden Eagles play Cheyney on Novemeber 8th at 1pm in Clarion. I think we can get one more win for the 2008 season.
